Privacy Policy — Focus Todo

This privacy policy explains how the Focus Todo Android app (“the app”) handles your information. The app is developed by oguzcodes.

Summary

Focus Todo works entirely offline. It has no accounts and does not request internet access. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. The app contains no ads, analytics or crash-reporting tools.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the information you enter so it can work:

• your todos and behaviors (titles, notes, dates, times, repeat days and focus-block settings)
• the status of your tasks and your focus-session history
• your app settings (for example active hours and notification preferences)

This data is saved only in the app’s private storage on your device. I have no access to it, and it is never sent to me or to anyone else.

Device backup

If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app’s data in your device backup. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account and Google’s privacy policy. I cannot access it. You can turn backup on or off in your device’s settings.

Permissions

The app asks only for permissions it needs to work:

• Notifications — to show task reminders, focus-timer updates and suggestions about what to do next.
• Alarms & reminders (exact alarms) — so reminders and breaks start on time. If you don’t allow this, the app still works, but notifications may arrive a few minutes late.
• Run at startup — to restore your reminders after your phone restarts.
• Vibration — to vibrate when a focus block or break ends, if you turn that on.

The app does not request access to the internet, your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can:

• delete individual tasks or behaviors in the app,
• clear all app data in your phone’s settings (Settings → Apps → Focus Todo → Storage → Clear storage), or
• uninstall the app, which deletes all of its data from your device.

Because I never receive your data, there is nothing stored on my side to delete.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
