vps2gentoo: Reinstall Your VPS as Gentoo, In Place, Over SSH, No ISO Required
vps2gentoo is a single POSIX shell script that turns a running Linux VPS into Gentoo without rescue mode, a custom ISO, or a support ticket. It builds a verified Gentoo stage3 next to your current system, carries over your network setup, SSH keys and root login, swaps the root filesystem in one move, and installs GRUB. You end up with a minimal Gentoo base built from binary packages, ready to boot now and ready for advanced users to reshape into their own configuration later.
